Sit on the terrace and enjoy spotting the deer coming out
of the woods in the early morning to feed. Watch the birds in the garden,
we
have two families of Magpies and are delighted to play host to a pair of
Hoopoe. Of an evening be amazed at the sounds of the Cicadas
and after dark
the song of the Nightingale and the Nightjar. Watch as Rabbits and Hare run out of
the hedge across the lawn in search of food.

Each gite is approached via an external wooden
staircase to a private decked area (4.5m x3m) with patio table, chairs
and umbrella for al-fresco dining. The gites are heated for the winter
months Children and babies are most welcome - we have a cot, highchair and baby bath available if required |
| Each gite is entered by double
doors into the main living area with tiled floor, comfortable seating
and equipped with TV and DVD player (TV with English freeview channels,
BBC, ITV etc). Two
gites have WiFi available. |

From the living area open tread stairs take you to the next floor which consists of a double bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds with chest of drawers and a wardrobe and a shower room. THE GROUNDS The property is situated in just over 1 acre of grounds with walnut tree, apple trees, peach trees, pear and an olive tree, plentiful flower filled gardens, large swimming pool (14m x 7m) (with underwater lights for evening swimming) with terrace and sun loungers.

We have a games room complete with pool table and football table and we offer bicycle use (subject to availability). There is a bar-b-que area for each gite with a picnic table. The resident English proprietors offer you a warm welcome but would ask you to note that the gites are non smoking (you may feel free to smoke outside on the terrace) and we do not accept pets.
