Taxe De
Sejour (French Tourist Tax) of 0.50 cents per night is payable by all guests
13 years and over. Excluding families consisting of two parents and three
or more children. Between 1st May and 31st October
Please Note: Changeover day is Saturday, (other days possible outside the
peak season). Prices are fully inclusive and are per property per week, if
your holiday covers two seasons then you will be charged one season price
for one week(s) and the other season price for the other week.
* Price includes electricity & gas, heating is charged as extra, each gite having a separate meter for this purpose.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking, the balance including a security deposit of £100 (€150) is payable eight weeks before commencement of your holiday.
What's Included: All bed linen changed each week All towels (except pool towels) changed each week. Complimentary buffet and drinks (except for Winter season bookings) one evening of your stay. Welcome Pack: Tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, milk, ham, wine and water.
Christmas: For Bookings over the Christmas period, the gite will be decorated with a Christmas tree and festive decorations. We will also have your festive food shopping ready and waiting for you if you email a list of your requirements.
House Hunters We offer monthly rates for low and mid season. Winter season £525 (€760) per month (28 days) and Low season £900 (€1305)per month (28 days),Mid Season £1,050 (€1520) (Please see our Winter lets page.)
