WE ARE 12 MINUTES SOUTH OF GOURDON AND 25 MINUTES NORTH OF CAHORS, SO ARE IDEALLY SITUATED FOR HOUSE HUNTING IN THE LOT, LOT & GARONNE & THE DORDOGNE , AND ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE YOU MAY REQUIRE.

WE ARE ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF A SMALL VILLAGE, AND HAVE, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE PROPERTY, A BOULANGERIE, MINI SUPERMARKET, POST OFFICE, BAR AND PETROL STATION.

The gites are well equipped, a real home from home, with the kitchens having, full size gas oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. The dining tables seat six comfortably.
The lounge area has sofas/chairs to easily seat six and a TV/DVD player with English freeview channels and radio.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, a shower room with thermostatic shower, pedestal wash hand basin and WC and a twin bedded room with wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
On the second floor is a twin bedded room with hanging space and bedside cabinets and an en-suite with pedestal wash hand basin and WC.
The gites all have thermostatic electric heating *, there being a heater in the Kitchen, lounge, hallway, each of the bedrooms and a heated towel rail in the shower-room .

1. TARIFF
   01/10 - 30/04 £200 per week*
   Includes:
   Welcome pack of: Tea- Coffee - Sugar - Milk - Bread - Butter - Ham - Cheese - Water & Wine
   Bedlinnen & Towels changed weekly (For two guest bookings, only the double and twin bedded rooms on the first floor will be made up)
    
2. 01/10 - 30/04 £525 per four weeks *
   Includes:
   Welcome pack of: Tea- Coffee - Sugar - Milk - Bread - Butter - Ham - Cheese - Water & Wine
   Bedlinnen and Towels. (For two guest bookings, both the double and twin bedded rooms will be made ready) A spare set of linen and towels will be left in the gite for you to use during your stay, we will of course launder the linen left on the bed at the end of your stay.
   
   *All electric and water is free of charge, we do however charge extra for heating, each gite has its own separate meter for this purpose, allowing you the freedom to decide which parts you heat and for how long. Heating is charged at cost price.
